At natyu.shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality yogurt and kefir products with care and attention. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to resolve any issues that may arise with your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as yogurt and kefir), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

Your order arrived damaged or spoiled

You received the wrong item(s)

Your delivery did not arrive due to an error on our part

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

Orders delivered in good condition

Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We may not be able to cancel orders after this point, as they may already be in preparation.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
